Adidas YUNG-96
The 90s-inspired “Dad shoe”, with its chunky look, which has already proved itself popular.
The shoe is very reminiscent of a retro running shoe from the 90s, and really fits with the times, as the “Dad-shoe” is very much in. The midsole is made from the popular EVA technology, which consists of a durable but very elastic light rubber. The technology has been used in both running shoes and tennis shoes for decades.
Despite its chunky look, Adidas YUNG-96 is light because the outer sole consists of Adidas’ own torsion system, made from lightweight material, which allows the foot to move in the best possible way in all kinds of terrain. The upper consist of a mesh and nubuck, which also makes the sneaker durable on the outside.
